Google to Shut Down YouTube Gaming App

Google is all set to shut down the YouTube gaming app on the 30th of May. However, through YouTube App the gaming content will still be accessible. YouTube Gaming app was launched in the year 2015 for both Android and iOS.

Earlier during the year, Google had removed the app from Apple App as well as the Play Store. The reason for this move is to basically channel the traffic to the main YouTube app.

In order to continue to access the content saved on the YouTube gaming app, Google advises users to merge their subscriptions to the main YouTube app.
